Key finding

A structured analysis of IndieFounder’s published article corpus. This is an editorial corpus study, not a survey of founders. Results describe what IndieFounder has published and should not be generalized to the entire startup ecosystem.

Methodology

We analyzed 135 published IndieFounder articles available on October 5, 2026. Articles were grouped by category and recurring tags; the dataset is the publication corpus rather than a representative population sample.

Important limitation: IndieFounder research reports describe the stated dataset and methodology. They do not automatically represent the entire startup market. When making consequential decisions, verify claims against primary sources.
